Send us the proof

Email contact@chic-time.com with your Chic Time order number, the competitor URL and the screenshot. Within 30 days of your order.

Receive a voucher

After verification (under 3 working days), we issue a voucher for the difference amount, valid 12 months on the entire catalogue.

The guarantee applies to the total price including taxes (product + shipping + any fees). A product €10 cheaper with €12 shipping is not a better offer — we check everything.

Which websites are eligible for comparison?

Only authorised European resellers selling the same new product, in stock, with active manufacturer warranty. C2C marketplaces, private sales, outlets and refurbished are excluded.

Are shipping fees included in the comparison?

Yes. The total tax-included price (product + shipping + any fees) is compared, to avoid misleading offers with hidden fees.

What if the competitor site is no longer available?

A timestamped screenshot is valid if sent within 48 hours of reporting. Beyond that, we cannot verify the offer.
