What budget to plan for offering a watch?
Our categories start at €80 for a new branded watch (Casio, Fossil, entry-level Daniel Wellington). The median is around €200-300 (Michael Kors, Emporio Armani). Above €500, the choice expands to complications (chronograph, automatic).
How to choose the strap size if I don't know their wrist?
Most straps are adjustable (links or holes). When in doubt, go for a NATO or Milanese strap, much more forgiving, or ask their standard size (S, M, L). A workshop adjustment can be made after receipt if needed.
Will the watch be gift-wrapped?
Yes. Every watch is delivered in its original brand box, ready to offer. On request at checkout, we can add a neutral gift wrap (without Chic Time mention) and a personalised card.
Can a gifted watch be returned if not liked?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. The watch must be new, unworn, with all original elements. Full refund or voucher at the recipient's choice.
