What is 3D Secure?
It is strong authentication enforced by your bank at every payment: SMS validation, banking app confirmation or biometrics. Without this step, the payment is rejected — your bank covers you in case of fraud.
How do I know if a page is secure?
The URL starts with https:// (the S = Secure) and a padlock shows on the left of the address bar. On chic-time.com, the domain must be exactly 'chic-time.com' — beware of email imitations.
Can I pay in instalments?
Instalment payment is offered at checkout depending on the options available in your country. 3D Secure authentication also applies to these transactions.
