Send an email to contact@chic-time.com specifying the desired amount, the beneficiary's first name and, if applicable, a personalised message.

Receive the card by email

We send you the PDF card within 24 working hours, with the unique code and the personalisation. Payment by bank transfer or card via secure invoice.

Offer and use

The recipient enters the code at checkout on chic-time.com. The amount is deducted from the total — the remainder remains usable within 12 months.

Our gift cards are usable on the entire catalogue: watches, jewellery, sunglasses. No brand or category restriction.

What amounts are available?

Any amount from €50 to €2,000. We adapt the card to your request, with or without a personalised message.

In what format is the card sent?

By email, as a personalised PDF containing a unique 12-character code. The recipient enters this code at checkout to apply the value on their order.

How long is it valid?

12 months from the issue date. The code remains active and usable as long as the period is not exceeded, even if partially used.

Can the card be used in multiple instalments?

Yes. If the card amount exceeds the order value, the remainder is automatically kept and reusable on subsequent orders, within the 12-month validity.

Can a personalised message be added?

Yes. When requesting, specify the text you want to appear on the card. We integrate it before sending.

Can the card be refunded?

Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash, in accordance with our terms. However, the recipient can return the item purchased with the card within 14 days — the amount is then credited back to the card.
