1Seller identification

The website www.chic-time.com is operated by Saviano Sàrl, a limited liability company incorporated under Swiss law and registered in the Commercial Register under UID number CHE-173.731.287.

2Purpose and scope

These T&Cs exclusively govern sales concluded between Chic Time and any non-professional adult consumer (“the Customer”) via the website www.chic-time.com. They apply as from April 21, 2026 and may be amended at any time, it being specified that the version applicable to an order is the one in force on the day it is validated.

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read these T&Cs and accepts them without reservation. The T&Cs are permanently accessible on the /cgv page of the website.

3Products and authenticity

The watches and jewelry offered on the website are brand-new, unworn and 100% authentic items, sourced from European wholesalers specialized in watchmaking and in direct or authorized relationship with the brands concerned.

The essential characteristics of each product (reference, material, diameter, movement, water-resistance, manufacturer warranty) are detailed on its product page. Photographs are non-contractual and may show slight colour variations depending on screen calibration.

Stocks are updated in real time. In the event of simultaneous stockouts during concurrent orders, Chic Time will inform the Customer within 48 hours and offer an equivalent item or a full refund.

4Prices and VAT

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (incl. VAT). The applicable VAT is that of the Customer's delivery country, in accordance with European tax rules.

Chic Time reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without this affecting orders already validated and paid. In the event of an obvious pricing error (derisory amount or faulty display), Chic Time reserves the right to cancel the order and fully refund the Customer.

Any shipping fees are indicated separately when validating the cart and included in the total amount to be paid. Free shipping in mainland France from €69 of purchase.

5Placing an order

The order is validated when the Customer:

1. Selects the items to add to the cart
2. Enters their contact details and delivery address
3. Chooses a payment method
4. Accepts these T&Cs by ticking the box provided for that purpose
5. Confirms payment

A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Customer at the address provided when placing the order. Chic Time reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or incomplete order, or in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer.

6Secure payment

Payment is due in full at the time of the order. The accepted payment methods are:

• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
• PayPal
• Deferred payment via Klarna (subject to conditions)

7Shipping

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days and shipped via professional carriers (Colissimo, DHL, Chronopost) with insurance and tracking.

Serviced areas: mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Monaco, Germany. Detailed lead times and rates by destination are available on the Shipping page.

Free shipping in mainland France from €69 of purchase. Below this threshold, shipping fees apply and are displayed transparently at checkout.

8Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, the Customer notifies their decision by email to contact@chic-time.com before the expiration of the 14-day period. The product must be returned in its complete original packaging, unworn, with all its accessories and documents (certificate, instructions, invoice).

9Returns and refunds

The refund is issued within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt and inspection of the returned product, via the same means of payment as the one used for the order, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product, or a shipping error. The detailed procedure is set out on the Returns page.

10Warranties

Each product sold by Chic Time benefits from three cumulative levels of warranty:

• Lifetime authenticity guarantee: if at any time a product purchased on www.chic-time.com were to prove not to be authentic, it would be fully refunded, including administrative fees.
• 2-year commercial warranty: international manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects, parts and labour.
• Legal warranties: legal warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects in accordance with applicable law (Swiss Code of Obligations, French Consumer Code for EU consumers).

11Liability

Chic Time shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products (loss of business, loss of data, moral damage). The liability of Chic Time is, to the fullest extent permitted by law, limited to the amount of the order concerned.

These limitations do not apply to damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Chic Time, nor to damages affecting life or physical integrity.

12Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).

The Customer has at all times a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, which they may exercise at the address contact@chic-time.com.

13Intellectual property

All content of the website (texts, images, logos, architecture) is the exclusive property of Saviano Sàrl or is subject to duly granted licences of use. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited and sanctioned by the Swiss Code of Obligations and applicable laws.

14Applicable law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. Customers residing in the European Union additionally benefit from the mandatory consumer protections in force in their country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to first contact our customer service at contact@chic-time.com. Failing an amicable resolution, the Customer may use the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) or bring the matter before the competent courts of the registered office of Saviano Sàrl, subject to the mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence.
